  1. 1 ticket is a 50-minute lesson.
  2. Minimun ticket purchase is 5 tickets.
  3. All tickets expire in 6 months of the first lesson.
  4. In case of absence, please notify the office by 5:00 pm, one working day before the class. Otherwise, your ticket will be used because it will be considered as cancellation on the day.
  5. If your class schedule changes, please notify the school.
  6. For Semi Private lessons, if both of students are absent with proper notification, you can have a make-up lesson. I f only one of the 2 students is able to take a lesson, the make-up lesson will not be provided.
